My current experience at ARI I have made close business relationships with the majority of the dispensary owners and cannabis growers throughout the West Coast. I do a little bit of everything. Set up dispensaries with our retailer display screens, provide our vendors with advertising and branding packages, website/payment design, social media, promoting cannabis education and most importantly exceed sales quotas so much that they are having trouble keeping up with me!
Helping provide cannabis education is very important to me because I believe we should be able to make informed purchasing decisions just like we would with anything else. Right now with cannabis being a mainstream we have all sorts of different people coming into dispensaries (soccer moms, grandparents, business professionals, college kids etc) and they are not sure what to get due to the wide range of unknown products. I have a knack for helping brands be known and stand out from all the other products through cannabis education and discovery.
Throughout my years of sales experience I have gained many skills attributable to work in the cannabis industry. Here are some of my accomplishments:
-At Uhaul I had managed to become the top sales representative out of over 3,000 employees. I was able to master the art of overcoming objections and getting customers set up with truck, trailer and storage reservations with ease.
-When I worked for Sykes Enterprises as a Team Manager for the Hollister Co. and Abercrombie and Fitch account I learned how to multitask like a pro. I learned how to not only manage an extremely large group of agents in a virtual call center environment but I helped improved the company’s overall customer service scores, service level, and UPH. I also created email templates and call scripts that the company has used for the last 4 years and still use to this day.
-My sales experience with Rexair has taught me the power persuasion and how to be a confident communicator. I taught a group of over 20 reps to do door to door sales. I created sales strategies, team building exercises and programs to retain current customers and generate future sales. Being a goal-oriented overachiever I was able to become top performer in sales with them as well and was promoted to manager.
