    LEADERSHIP
    – Any company that I have worked for it was very clear to my manager that I was very good with people. I was able to get people to work together as a team and get things done faster then most. My manger at the I-MAX saw this and was very impressed. Not only was I good with people but also my cashier skills. My bank was never under and he able to put me anywhere and I could handle it and exceeded his expectations. He gave me a chance to prove myself and I would close one weekend day and three days out of the week. Within two weeks I was closing every weekend and opening up for new released movies by myself. It was very fun and the people that worked under me I knew before I was promoted so I knew their strengths and weaknesses and how to improve upon that to better the company.
