    My experience in sales and marketing paired with my passion for cannabis, will allow me to thrive in this position. I am a recent Management graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, and an Inside Sales Representative for Allstate Insurance.
    In my role as a sales representative, I attract new business by closing out deals, as well as retain clients by providing outstanding customer service. I achieve success by creating a high level of rapport with existing accounts, whether it be through emails, phone calls, or face-to-face interactions. This has made me the top earner for the last two quarters. During my work as a product researcher and market analyst, I performed extensive industry research and collected data to find market trends, which would help drive sales. My experience with marketing has allowed me to implement necessary funnels to find niche markets to attract more business.
    In college, I was president within an organization called, ‘E+E’ or Events and Entertainment. Here, I covered the music sector of the organization and was responsible for coordinating all on-campus music events. I also worked with Euphoria Music and Arts Festival, and had the top online presence within the Austin, Texas region for 2017, which involved me personally reaching out to potential festival-goers and informing them of upcoming events. Lastly, I worked for DEAF Productions as team lead who oversaw all event promoters in the Austin-area.
    In the cannabis industry, my knowledge lies with all forms of cannabis, especially concentrates, as well as cannabis products and accessories. I also realize how much the genetic industry within cannabis is booming, and people need strong genetics to receive the highest quality available. When visiting a dispensary, I feel extremely comfortable speaking with staff. By speaking their language, I can build a relationship that allows me to build connections within the industry.
