The salesperson plays a pivotal role in expanding the company brand by creating profitable, long-term business relationships with clients.In this role, you will work closely with the executive management team to create weekly and monthly sales goals.
Salesperson should have experience in actively seeking new sales and business opportunities through networking, referrals and social media.A successful salesperson will have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission and develop their own sales team(s).

-Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails
-Scheduling and conducting sales meetings with potential clients understanding their needs and overcoming objections
-Close sales accounts and achieve monthly goals
-Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest
-Maintain and expand your database of clients
-Follow-up with leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
-Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
-Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Report sales results to the Executive Team on a (weekly/monthly) basis
-Valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Employee Badge
-Valid Driver’s License
-Working Cell Phone
-Work experience as a Business to Business Sales Rep, Outside Sales or similar role
-Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including phone calls
-Track record of achieving sales goal
-Experience with Client Relationship Manager software (e.g. Salesforce)
-Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations
