We are seeking an energetic METRC/CCTT Administrator to assist the compliance team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to pivot into new responsibilities. Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a requirement for this position. Must live in or near Mendota or be willing to relocate.

We are a growing company with several large-scale, licensed cannabis facilities located throughout the State of California and more coming online in the next six months.

Manage the day-to-day METRC compliance process
Implement and adhere to inventory management and METRC reporting practices
Stay up-to-date on all compliance regulations, coordinating with the Director of Compliance to attend all relevant training, meetings, etc.
Field calls related to compliance questions from internal team
Oversee document control and organization of COAs and METRC manifests
Audit inventory to ensure accuracy with METRC
Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations
Conduct internal on-site compliance audits
2+ years’ compliance-related experience in a highly regulated industry
Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of different cannabis products preferred
Knowledge of METRC, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and cannabis track & trace software preferred
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere
Must speak and understand some Spanish
Cannabis Industry: 2 years
METRC: 2 years
ERP systems: 1 year
Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel
Bilingual – Spanish and English
High School or equivalent work experience
