1) Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
2) Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.
3) Reviewing accounts for insurance of patient follow-up.
4)Researching and appealing denied claims.
5)Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
