The Regional Assistant works in tandem with the Account Manager to develop relationships with budtenders, dispensaries, and consumers in the area they support. Builds brand awareness through events, regular interactions, and designated touch points throughout the business and promotional cycles. Must be a dynamic and engaging individual adept at connecting with a variety of personalities in order to form and maintain successful partnerships and effectively promote company brands.

Sales experience a plus
Event or Brand Ambassador experience is also desirable

Visits dispensaries and engages with budtenders and account managers to promote effective partnerships and enhance sales
Manages and completes spreadsheets to track data and review KPI’s
Enters orders into the system and follows up to ensure fulfillment
Provides education and training to budtenders and other related consumer-facing sales roles
Drafts written correspondence without assistance
Schedules events and ensures all required materials, product, swag, etc. are ordered and deployed to support a successful event
Participates in social events to network and connect with potential partners and consumers
Assists with other projects as needed and as directed by the Account Manager and other applicable team members.
Must be willing to travel 50%-70% of the time
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College Degree Preferred
