Inventory & Packaging Associate
We are the biggest Cannabis Wholesale Distributor in the Pacific North West. We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated new talent to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for an Inventory & Packaging Associate that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedures, while staying in compliance with all City and State regulations.
In this role you will….
Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished product and preparing orders for delivery in accordance to established regulations and labeling requirements in a timely manner.
Ensure METRC data is current and correct; input all METRC data on a daily basis.
Ensure Inventory Management Software data is current and correct; input all data on a daily basis.
Work closely with Director of Operation, Managers and Sales team to determine supply needs, quality and delivery requirements.
Pull tested inventory to prepare for orders, in advance or on demand.
Weigh and package all products using manual or automated methods.
Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; have ongoing knowledge of current product.
Prep all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
Update inventory logs and ensure inventory counts are always accurate. Perform cycle counts on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
Assist and actively participate in internal and external audits.
Maintain an organized and clean working environment.
Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
Directly communicate with OLCC and METRC on interpretations of regulations; resolve any discrepancies and issues.
Maintain relationships with various Vendors, dispensaries, and testing company.
Other responsibility as assigned.
Skills and experience you have…
1+ years’ experience in a large-scale cannabis operation or large distribution/wholesale operation.
High school diploma required or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
High attention to detail with thorough record keeping abilities.
Ability to use and manage METRC; knowledge of another Inventory management preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
Must have a current marijuana worker permit.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
