The Account Manager is responsible for selling cannabis and cannabis products to retailers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Sells cannabis and cannabis products to retailers
Working w/ POS system to send clients invoices
Sending lab results via google drive
Must set up meetings at various retail locations and pitch products to prospective
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner to all customers, co-workers, and managers
Develops strong relationships with retailers
Works with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays
Gathers insight on sales opportunities and builds a holistic understanding of retailers within territory
Maintains expert-level knowledge of our brand, products and competitors
Provide sales reports and feedback on a daily and weekly basis
Stays informed and knowledgeable about Cannabis law, and all state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High School Diploma or GED. College degree a plus
Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales and customer service
Knowledge of cannabis a must
Effective communication; written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive and work long hours. High energy and motivation
Basic computer and software experience using MS Office products
Ability to use ERP/CRM system
Spreadsheet and data management
Valid California Driver’s License
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must have a car – must have the ability to drive and work long hours. High energy and motivation is key.
Must have a computer – Basic computer skills and software experience using google drive/sheets
