We are looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the overall sales growth in specified regions while adhering to net profitability of Potters Cannabis. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new dispensary accounts, then increasing the awareness and visibility of Potter’s products to maximize sales once accounts are secured. You will be given a fair amount of autonomy to perform, but we will also provide you with the support, tools, and clear objectives to power your success.


Prospect and assess viability of new accounts using variety of available tools, including cold-calling, industry websites, and social media.

Visit dispensaries on daily basis and follow-up via phone, email, and SMS until able to persuade top decision makers to take on Potters.

Participate in on-site patient appreciation days, budtender education events, hosted company parties, networking mixers, and other events on a regular basis

Maintain customer databases and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate

Respond to all phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner

Build positive, trusting relationships with multiple dispensary team members through continued in-person and digital contact to increase order sizes.

Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry

Work with the marketing team to develop new sales material and continually refine messaging

Delivery pick up and drop off to your region

Other duties as assigned


Minimum one year of experience in a field sales position; regional or team management a plus

Prior experience in the medical marijuana industry preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus

Proven track record of developing a strategic sales strategy, building new business, and meeting/exceeding quotas

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Must have a valid California driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record (this position will require extensive travel)

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software


Pay commiserate with experience
