We have an exciting role with a Cannabis E-Commerce Technology Brand in Los Angeles, CA for a Cannabis Regional General Manager.
We are looking for a seasoned and experienced Cannabis Regional Manager to drive and exceed sales territory targets, and build a best-in-class sales team. As the Regional Manager, this person will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement among a growing group of sales reps, clients success managers, and brand ambassadors within the region. We are looking to help each Regional Manager develop and grow a solid base of retailers in a defined territory. Applicants would be responsible for developing new retailer and delivery partners, organizing customer appreciation days, and reporting back to the Head of Sales.

Applicant must have excellent organizational skills and good people skills. Previous experience in the cannabis business preferred. Previous sales experience preferred. Travel will be required.
-MJ experience with current strong sales relationships in LA. No exceptions.
-Outside sales experience including prospecting, closing and account management.
– Sales management including : Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Training & Coaching.
-Strong time management skills.
-Great organizational and communication skills.
-Superior customer service skills.
-Valid DL and clean background.
-Forecast & manage to monthly sales quotas in partnership with the leadership team.
-Lead and manage a team of sellers, driving results while providing consistent feedback, coaching, training, and performance management.
-Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
-Collaborate with other Regional GMs, sales reps, and customer success members to execute sales strategy.
-Coordinate and manage clients success managers and brand ambassadors within the region.
-Develop and nurture strong relationships with dispensary partners, and provide a best-in-class customer service experience.
-Promote and advocate the brand and values.
Identify, manage, and execute events and promotional activities.
-Coordinate advertising campaigns at the regional level, with support from the central Marketing department.
We provide competitive compensation including a strong base salary of between $80K-$100K + Commission & Medical benefits
