Now Hiring- Cultivation Manager, Extraction Manager, Cultivation Techs, Extraction Techs, Trimmers & Packagers and Skilled I.T. Specialist.
Compensation based on experience $14- and up hourly based on position and experience. Candidates must be in good physical condition and able to lift 60 lbs. and able to work within an indoor growing facility for extended periods of time.

Cultivation Manager & Extraction Manager:

The successful Cultivation Manager plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates daily activities for production of the cultivation facility including nursery, veg, flower and METRC/Maintenance.
The Cultivation Manager position is demanding and will be held accountable for all managed team members. He/She will manage, develop and train supervisors and worker and direct personnel on proper planting, growing and production processes provided by the company.
Manage an indoor cultivation facility and manage the operations team to ensure that the facility stays on schedule, from cloning to harvest to packaging to extraction to sanitation
Summary of essential job functions for Cultivation Manager:
• BS in horticulture or related fields and/or 5 years of Management / Growing experience.
• Must have strong managerial experience and be able to work and lead a multitude of different personalities.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and superior leadership skills.
• Maintain overall responsibility for the performance of the cultivation team.
• Monitor facilities & operational systems, analyze data to inform operational decisions.
• Maintain production areas, safety programs and other aspects of OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with all superiors and cultivation team members to ensure that all aspects of the facility are running efficiently.
• Identify and implement methods and practices to achieve operational improvements in efficiency, quality, delivery, and profitability.
• Set planting and care schedules.

• Grow, harvest and deliver large volumes of high quality cannabis.

• Knowledge of Industry software tracking solutions (METRC, Biotrack, MJ Freeway, etc.)

Cultivation Technicians & Extraction Technicians:

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting staff in completing their assigned tasks including: feeding, defoliation, cloning, transplanting, cropping, waste disposal, sanitation and other duties as assigned. MED badge required. Candidates must be in good physical condition and able to lift 60 lbs. and able to work within an indoor growing facility for extended periods of time.
Must be a team player, hard-working, detail oriented, motivated, dependable and have strong communication skills.

• Plant care: giving each plant the individual attention it needs
• Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and analyzing plant health according to Company policy, as well as any other tasks required.
• Assists Cultivation Facility Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for dispensary locations.
• Facility Cleaning: Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
• Reports and Documentation
• Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants
• Ensures accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information.
• Maintain production areas, safety programs and other aspects of OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility.
Packaging/Processing Technicians/ Trimmers:
Packaging/Processing Technicians are responsible for handling and processing dry plant material, running standard production machinery, and assisting with general packaging of products within our production facility. Must be a team player, hard-working, detail oriented, motivated, dependable and have strong communication skills.
Cannabis trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the cannabis plant trimming in preparation for eventual sale. Trimmers must efficiently trim and de-fan plants, accurately weigh and record all wet trim weights and trim from dry plants. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, overall calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Open availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Accurately perform filling, packaging, and labeling of products within the production facility.
• Continuously monitor the quality of all items associated with filling, packaging, and labeling in order to minimize waste or rework.
• Maintain that all production areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times according to SOP’s and OSHA standards
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
• Work as a member of a fast-paced team environment to help the team meet group goals.
• Understand and apply the use of industry software tracking solutions (METRC, Biotrack, MJ Freeway, etc.)

• Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility.

I.T. Specialist:

Duties of the I.T. Specialist include network management, software development and database administration. Provide technical support to the business organization including analyze requirements, develop and test software, perform computer tasks and troubleshoot problems. MED Badge required.
Knowledge of Industry software tracking solutions necessary (METRC, Biotrack, MJ Freeway, etc.)
• Collaborate with company to determine project needs.
• Identify relevant data sources; gather information through surveying and research.
• Design survey and collection methods in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Specify appropriate regression models and analyze findings using applicable software.
• Work with internal programmers to build and maintain multiple databases.
• Write and tailor testing procedures to each unique sample group.
• Maintain full confidentiality
• Prepare internal and external summary reports.
• Attend workshops and ongoing training to ensure the company remains current.
