Position: Data Entry Clerk / Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Clerk /Customer Service.
Description: Strong Data Entry person needed. Must have at least 1-2 years or more of Data Entry experience, and possess keystrokes of 8,000-10,000. Essential duties and responsibilities: Data Entry Excel Skills Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written Strong time management, planning and organizational skills Solid PC skills Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a qualified, hard working individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company. Our Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following daily duties: Processing receipts of Raw Materials (Master coils) Processing the conversion of raw materials into slit coils Tracks finished good inventory Maintaining the accuracy of Master coil information and inventory Will assist in distribution records and entry Updates spreadsheets Daily duties will be expanded once knowledge is obtained and learned, these would include: Assisting in cycle counts Performing month end closing duties Assist in processing production orders when needed Assist in branch communications and accuracy of information given Job qualifications: Time Management Skills High level of integrity and work ethic +1 years of data entry in a high volume environment 10-key data entry proficiency Accurate and punctual Basic math skills Knowledge of MS Office Computer literate Our company provides a full medical package, 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick, paid holidays and much more.
